On May 18, 2023, we will host our 25th Anniversary Gala Celebration: Honoring the Women of Iran. The performance will be held at 5pm at the Herbst Theatre, followed by a gala dinner in the Green Room at 7pm. The production will begin with a mixed media retrospective, combining signature pieces with video testimonials, highlighting our achievements over the years. The second act will feature the world premiere of a new social justice piece, honoring the women of Iran. This piece will additionally be streamed globally for UNESCO’s World Dance Congress in July. We are planning to include a visual art exhibit featuring Iranian female artists and will be presenting our annual Humanitarian Award, at the gala dinner. In addition to benefiting our educational programs, a portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to a humanitarian organization, directly benefiting the people of Iran.
