2015: Paris in March 19-23, 2015 

PDT performed at the lPalais de Chaillot in Paris, France, for UNESCO'S International Day of Norouz Festival and European Parliament"s celebration of Norouz in Brussels.

"Presidio Dance Theatre's group represents the largest delegation from  San Francisco to visit Hungary during my time as Ambassador," said U.S.  Ambassador to Hungary Eleni Tsakopoulos Kounalakis when meeting with  the group.  PDT performed for the diplomatic corps, political, economic,  commercial and cultural contacts alongside the Hungarian youth folkdance  troupe, Csillagszemű.The program was an excellent example of strengthening  the relationship between the U.S. and Hungary via cultural diplomacy and  people-to-people connections.  PDT performed on the main stage of the  Sziget Festival in front of large audiences of Hungarian children and families. 
U.S. Embassy Budapest hosted a tent for PDT dancers to meet festival  participants. PDT received it's first Cultural Diplomacy Award!

2010: TURKEY
PDT Youth Company members were selected to become the sole  representatives of the United States of America at Turkish National Radio  and Television's (TRT) 32nd International Children's Festival. The group  greatly enjoyed Istanbul and Izmir.  Artistic Director Sherene Melania and  student, Julia Zweifach, travelled to Ankara to meet the President of Turkey,  the Prime Minister, and were presented at the National Assembly on behalf  of the United States.  

2008: RUSSIA
Members of the Company performed abroad at the invitation of the Russian  Federation, Ministry of Culture. Performances at the famed White Nights  Festival and for the 300th Anniversary of Tsarskoye Selo included the venues  of the Catherine,  Pavlovsk and Peterhof Palaces. More than  22,000 enjoyed our live stage performances in Pushkin.
